Sy Siegel is a principal in Rothstein Kass’ Business Consulting Group. He specializes in providing advice and counsel to business owners and family businesses including succession planning, coaching and facilitation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and capital introductions.

From 1974–1990, Sy was a founder and managing partner of Siegel Rich & Co., P.C., CPAs, which merged into a large regional firm. He remained a senior partner until 1994 when he co-founded Siegel Rich, Inc., which in April 2000, became a division of Rothstein Kass. Today, that division has grown into Rothstein Kass’ Business Consulting Group and provides a wide range of strategic business counseling services to clients.

Sy has served as an officer, director and trustee of numerous civic, business and philanthropic organizations
