Stefano Vranca is a principal at Rothstein Kass in the Beverly Hills office. He specializes in fraud investigation, forensic accounting, corporate malpractice, intellectual property, breach of contracts, commercial damages, lost profit analysis, Sarbanes Oxley and Section 404 compliance, management consulting and internal controls improvement, across a range of industries: financial services, manufacturing, automotive, technology, telecommunications, construction and advertising. He has extensive experience managing financial investigations of fraudulent conduct and financial reporting fraud. Stefano has represented clients in financial reporting matters under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the United States General Accounting Office and has testified as expert witness both in arbitrations and jury trials on matters of fraudulent conduct, breach of contract, lost profits and a variety of accounting issues.
Stefano is a graduate of Rhode Island College, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and has since received alumni awards for high achievement in his field. In addition to being a Certified Financial Examiner (CFE), Stefano is a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) and a Ragioniere and Perito Commerciale (CPA equivalent in Italy/EU). He is fluent in Spanish and Italian and is actively involved in a number of charitable causes and international humanitarian efforts.
