Gary Arrick is a Principal at Rothstein Kass, based in the New York office. Gary leads the Litigation and Forensic Accounting Services practice in the Firm’s Eastern region. He specializes in complex financial investigations, compliance matters, and disputes consulting. His extensive investigative experience includes matters of financial misconduct and regulatory issues in domestic and international jurisdictions. Gary has experience in both criminal and civil matters and has worked in coordination with law enforcement and presented to regulators, including the SEC.
Prior to joining Rothstein Kass, Gary held senior positions with Big Four and other national accounting and consulting firms where he directed numerous complex financial investigations, provided litigation consulting services, including testimony, and led audit engagements of public companies in a broad range of industries. He has presented and instructed on topics of financial statement fraud and investigation techniques, and he is a published author of articles about investigative matters.
Gary received his Master of Business Administration from Pace University, Lubin Graduate School of Business. He is a certified public accountant in New York, a certified fraud examiner, and he is certified in financial forensics.
