What began as a women’s career development initiative, Rothstein Kass’ LIFE (Leadership, Inspiration, Family, Empowerment) program has since grown to become a driver in furthering a core Rothstein Kass strategic objective: To attract, motivate and retain talented employees through innovative programs and a supportive workplace.
LIFE is dedicated to helping women reach their full potential by fostering leadership opportunities, creating new business development platforms and facilitating mentoring relationships. As a result of the program’s success, Rothstein Kass has been recognized as one of Working Mother magazine’s “2012 100 Best Companies,” and as one of “The Ten Best Accounting Firms for Women” by The Accounting MOVE Project for the past three years.
LIFE contributes to creating an environment within the firm in which team members can best realize their full potential. In addition to supporting Rothstein Kass’ core values, LIFE also addresses the specific work-life integration issues faced by women, and finds opportunities for them to form a network of support both inside and outside the firm.
