RK Risk Management, L.L.C. is led by JoAnn M. Ralph, CPCU, CIC, the Principal Insurance and Risk Management Consultant. JoAnn has over 23 years experience in the insurance and risk management fields, including experience in the agency, brokerage, insurance and consulting areas.

JoAnn attained the internationally recognized designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 1983 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation in 1989. She is a nationally recognized lecturer and trainer for a variety of insurance trade organizations and business groups and has contributed her expertise to various national insurance publications. JoAnn has been recognized by a variety of organizations for her contributions to the professionalism of the insurance and financial services industry.
